0 Varsity Jackets: Colaborations with Parra, Cassette Playa & Nike, Cool Cats & Wings+Horns

If you’re in the mood to desire a few clean varsity jackets that you wish you could sport for the winter, I suggest you take a look at these. I ran across all of these on Freshnessmag.com and they really caught my eye.  If these we're easy to find, I'd love to have any.

The Cool Cats line out of Paris, France got together with Wings + Horns out of Canada to create this varsity jacket that will be hard to find. Rumors have it that this will be a very limited edition release, although exact details are scarce at this point.

Nike Artist Collab Series 2009 Varsity Jackets (both pieces are limited to less than 20 pieces in the US).

These shots are from the jacket designed by Nike and Dutch artist Parra.  This maroon color is the only style they have, but its still nice

Here is a look at the latest from Nike’s collaboration with Cassette Playa. The teal and orange collaboration is pretty clean.  I'm not a varsity jacket guy, but I'm feeling these Nike ones.

Below are the Nike x Cassette Playa Dunk High Premiums that came out a few days ago!

1 Nike Air Force 1--Holiday 2009 Releases

So far, 2009 has been a pretty quiet year for the Air Force 1 with most recent releases taking a simplistic approach with clean colorways and conservative color blocking. The upcoming Holiday ‘09 collection stays with the same concept for the most part, but the crispy white uppers that were seen all spring and summer have been replaced with some darker looks for the winter. The next few months will see the release of numerous new colorways of the Air Force 1 for both men and women. As you might expect, the Air Force 1 Low is well-represented, but Holiday ‘09 will also see some nice new looks for the Mid and High, as well as some fresh Premium models that use a variety of interesting materials and textures.

1 Sneaker Update from BP

Whats good F.A.D.E.D. nation?

Bp just droppin' by to spread some info on a couple pairs of sneakers that I browsed upon...

Spike Lee continues to get love from Nike as his latest colorways of his new Spike Lee Pack. Set to release sometime in December, the Nike Air Trainer II LE’s can catch the attention of any sneakerhead who are to peep these on the street. Its eye catching elephant print-enhanced black, red and neon green palette will definitely be on the radars of Spike’s fans and those bold enough to rock this wild colorway. Only few people can appreciate this look, and I am one of those dudes. Look out for these and if you’re a lucky number (size) 9, you can cop these verbdws on eBay.

Before ’09 is over with, you will definitely be able to get your hands on these gorgeous things. These are just one of the looks that Nike has collaborated with Gucci…the Dunk High Gucci Denim shoe. These are beautiful…we’ll be sure to post when these are released.

1 Nike Air Structure Triax 91 | Spring 2010

These shoes could easily be called the sprite structures, because they take thier colorway right from a sprite can. With the Structure already set as a regular release with Nike Sportswear, its no surprise that more and more colorways are seeing their way to store racks. This model for next Spring features a a combo of patent leather and mesh on the upper and accents of deep blue and lime green all over the rest of the shoe which gives it a refreshing look, sure to look nice on feet in Spring of 2010. via GLLTN

0 NEW!! Nike Dunks created by ELNA

As a broadcast design project for Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, the Israel-base graphic designer ELNA created an mix medium short, intended to be a commercial for Nike Israel. Along with animated sequences, the short film also included live action shots of 3 pairs of Nike Dunk low & high, all customized by ELNA. In order to coordinate with the film’s animation, each of the Dunks were outfitted in bold strokes, playful shapes and vibrant colors. No words yet on whether the sneakers will be available for the general public.

0 Quick Update from BP..

Sorry people, it's been a couple days but I'm back at it with a little update on some things you should be posted on.

First, I gotta introduce everybody to the new mixtape "Grind Flu" from Yung Joc. Just when we thought the man was gonna convert his career to mixtape appearances, he decided to drop a whole new tape with mostly new tracks. In all honesty, this dude can still spit on the track and this mixtape gives me flashbacks to the first album. I almost forgot that I used to listen to Joc. He even brought Mia X back out on one of his tracks "So". Shows the potential of this tape. Listen to it, give some feedback.

SneakerNews.com recently posted up the new Congrats Kobe Quickstrikes.

If you're a fan of cute shoes, these are it. The MVPuppets campaign during the 2009 NBA playoffs became very popular among us whether we're basketball fans or not. Everybody has had to seen at least one commercial with Lil Dez, Kobe Bryant and LeBron James being portrayed as puppets. Funny stuff.

These shoes are commemorating Kobe's MVP season and his 4th Championship.

The tongue label shows Lil Dez on the front between these stacks of shoe boxes, which is familiar with those who remember the commercial where Lil Dez was astonished by the amount of shoes that he saw when LeBron sent him to his closet. On the back if that label is Kobe's number 24 on the right shoe, and the letters MVP on the left. Lil Dez is also written across the heel of the shoe. If you order these, it also comes with the tee which can be seen in the 1st pic.
The only info that we have about these is that they will be dropping SOON, we don't have a legit time, date or location. If we find out, we will let you know.
G2G, but I'ma post something up for y'all later today, so stay with us.
Oh, and Stay F.A.D.E.D.
